Martin Hoag, 43, used the internet on two occasions to send child pornography to an undercover agent and possessed, on two separate hard drives, child pornography that involved a minor who had not attained 12 years of age.
In addition to the 151-month prison sentence, Hoag was ordered to pay the following: restitution to three victims in the amount of $3,000 each, a $15,000 special assessment, and a $5,000 fine.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
