Thomas Daisey, III, Administrative Specialist for the United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division, to be added to the signature card in order to conduct business on the Public Fund Money Rate Savings Account, account number XXXXX2500 on behalf of Kashawn L. Smith. The Court ORDERS that the Clerk of Court DIRECT Truist to disburse $1500.00 from the Certificate of Deposit no. XXXXX5640. As in previous transactions with BB&T, the fee for issuing the funds will be waived. Said check shall be made payable to LaToya Hopes, 9224 Tweed Place, Glen Allen, Virginia, 23060. The Court understands there will be a penalty fee for early withdrawal, and that the Certificate of Deposit matures in February 2021 to allow disbursement to Kashawn Smith in May 2021.
