Kevin Villamar, 29, was charged with production of child pornography.

Villamar admitted to traveling from Ohio to Boone County, Kentucky, on August 8, 2020, to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor. Villamar filmed the sexual conduct on his iPhone and sent the video of the conduct over Instagram to the victim, who was a minor.

The investigation was conducted by the FBI and Boone County Sheriff’s Ofice. The United States was represented by Assistant U.S. Attorney Kyle Winslow.


Outcome: 09/24/2021 35 MINUTE ENTRY for SENTENCING as to Kevin Villamar held on 9/24/2021 before Judge David L. Bunning: J. Nathaniel Miller appeared as RETAINED counsel of record. The victim has been notified of this hearing. Defendant shall pay restitution in the amount of $8,105.96. US' oral motion to dismiss Counts 1 and 3 is GRANTED. No objections to PSR.
