Outcome: 04/18/2019 55 ORDER - Defendant Wynn Las Vegas, LLC's (WLV) motion to dismiss (ECF No. 23 ) is granted as to Plaintiff's federal claims. The Court dismisses Plaintiff's federal claims and declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims. Thus, the Court dismisses Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint (ECF No. 13 ) in its entirety. Plaintiff's state law claims are dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff's requests for judicial notice (ECF Nos. 39 , 47 , 54 ) are denied . Defendant WLV's motions to strike (ECF Nos. 40 , 48 ) are denied as moot . Defendant Steve Wynn's motion to dismiss (ECF No. 34 ) is denied as moot . Plaintiff's first motion to dismiss (ECF No. 11 ) is denied as moot.
