Farmer testified that Williams sold him substandard cocaine and he devised a plan to rob Williams but had tried to back out of the plan. He dropped his co-conspirator Ellis of and was not physically present when Williams was killed.
Outcome: Defendant was found guilty and was sentenced to 43 years in prison.
