Description: New York City, New York criminal law lawyers represented Defendants charged with seventeen counts of conspiracy to commit tax fraud by falsifying business records.

Two Trump companies were accused of conspiring to defraud the State of New York out of taxes.

The State alleged that the Trump Organization paid personal expenses of top executives including former chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg, age 75, and issuing bonus checks to them as if they were independent contractors.

Wisselberg testified for the State.

Outcome: Both companies were found guilty.
