Vasquez-Hernandez was charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in July of 2015.

Outcome: The jury found the Defendant guilty of misdemeanor charges of indecent assault of a person younger than 13 years old, corruption of a minor and endangering the welfare of a child. The re-trial on all issues not resolved with be re-tried being on February 6, 2017.
