Description:
Jane Doe, a former West High School Junior ROTC cadet, sued the school and instructor David A. Higgins on assault, false imprisonment, intentional inflection of emotion distress and negligence theories claiming that she was force to participate in sexually inappropriate conduct with other female cadets. Plaintiff claimed that Higgins another cadet to bare her breasts, a bet Jane Due also took up. Plaintiff also claimed that Higgins urged female cadets to make racy videotapes and to hide a video camera in the area where female cadets changed into their uniforms.
Defendants denied wrongdoing. Higgins plead guilty to destroying some of the tapes of the alleged activities.
