Outcome: Pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, as amended, it is the judgment of the Court that the defendant, Alvaro Castillo-Dominguez, in 7:25-CR-00009-O(01), is hereby committed to the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons for a period of TWENTY-FOUR (24) months. This sentence shall run consecutively to any future sentence which may be imposed in Case Nos. 23AB-CR02490 and 23AB-CR03513 in the Franklin County Circuit Court in Union, Missouri. The Court did not order a fine because the defendant does not have the financial resources or future earning capacity to pay a fine. It is further ordered that the defendant pay a special assessment of $100. Supervised Release is Ordered for a term of THREE (3) years. The Defendant is remanded to the custody of the US Marshal.
