Tulsa, Oklahoma, personal injury lawyer represented the Plaintiff on medical malpractice theories.



Plaintiff is the father of A.C., a minor, who was taken to St. John Medical Center in Broken Arrow for treatment for a plantar foot laceration and was treated the Dr. Black, who did not according the Plaintiff, properly examine the wound and did not prescribe any antibiotics.



Plaintiff claimed that the care provided to A.C. was substandard and, as a direct result he was injured, harmed and damaged.



The wound became infected and A.C. was taken to the Emergency Department at Saint Francis on May 27, 2023 for examination and treatment. A.C. was examined by a P.A. who prescribed Keflex, which Plaintiff claimed was not the right antibiotic.



On May 29, 2023, A.C. was taken back to Saint Francis where she was admitted and where surgery on the foot was performed.



the Plaintiff claimed that A.E. was denied a chance of a better outcome as a direct result of substandard care.
