Defendant's motion is granted as to plaintiff's claims of disparate treatment on the basis of dis ability under the OADA (part of count 1), retaliation under the OADA (count 3), aiding and abetting discrimination under the OADA (count 4), retaliation under the ADA (count 7), hostile work environment under the OADA, Title VII, and § 1981 (pa rt of counts 2, 6, and 8) and intentional infliction of emotional distress (count 9).
