Knoxville, KY: Ted Sandmann and Julie Sandman, next friends of Nicholas Sandman sued the WP Company, LLC, d/b/a Washington Post on libel and slander theories claiming that it defamed him in articles and posts issued about an encounter between Nicholas and a Native American elder in Washington, DC early in 2019.
