Brian Alexander, age 32, was accused of sexually molesting his stepdaughter in 213 in their home in Holt, Michigan.
Defendant pled not guilty.
Defendant's stepdaughter testified that on three occasions he came into her bedroom, pulled her on top of him and rubbed his penis against her groin while both were clothed. She also testified that on one ocassion he slid his hand into her pants and touched her buttock.
The stepdaughter also testified that one of the incidents occurred when she was home sick from school
School records did not support the girl's claims, but she claimed the incident occurred after school.
Defendant testified on his own behalf.
