Additional Information: Thedorick F. Dino was born on May 24th, 1972 in Manhattan – New York, NY. His family moved to Richlands, VA, a small town located southwest of Roanoke, VA, in 1976. It was in Richlands, VA Theodorick spent his early childhood and high school years graduating from Richlands High School in June 1990. He later attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA were he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in May 1994. Theodorick attended Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA and received his Juris Doctor in May 1999. While at Widener Law School, Theodorick participated in various trial advocacy training and competitions. He also spent a full academic year with the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic representing indigent clients in matters pertaining to Domestic Relations; Unemployment Compensation; Landlord/Tenant Disputes, and Bankruptcy. For the past four years, Theodorick has worked for OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation ensuring the company’s compliance in the area of private security and investigations in all states in which the company targets business. He worked directly under the company’s corporate counsel in performing his duties that included legal research and analysis of state and federal regulatory statutes in the area of security and investigations; ATF Federal Firearms Guidelines; and issues involving the FTC – Fair Credit Reporting Act. His other duties at OMNIPLEX also included establishing and ensuring foreign corporate business registrations, creating and dissolving corporate subsidiary companies, assisting in due diligence reviews of company acquisitions and mergers, and working closely with outside counsel on a number of collection cases in various states. Theodorick is also currently completing his Masters of Laws (LL.M) degree in Litigation and Dispute Resolution at the George Washington University School of Law. He is scheduled to complete his LL.M in May 2005.
