Mr. Rynecki has worked on numerous cases against the City of New York and the New York City Police Department involving incidents of police brutality and violations of the civil rights of individuals. Mr. Rynecki played an instrumental role in the $8.75 million dollar settlement in the case of a man sodomized by a police officer in a New York City Police Precinct bathroom. Mr. Rynecki has handled all types of matters both big and small including automobile accident cases, premises cases, assault cases, matters involving a violation of ones Civil Rights and other types of personal injury matters. Mr. Rynecki is known as a thorough litigator having been involved in many cases against corporate giants such as Home Depot, General Motors and others. Referred to the late Johnnie Cochran Esq. as one of the rising stars of the legal profession, Mr. Rynecki is known as a tenacious negotiator and is well respected by both fellow members of the Bar and the judges who he has appeared in front of.
