Ryan Matuska represents clients in all types of criminal, family and probate matters. Ryan has secured favorable results for hundreds of clients facing criminal charges and has tried and won criminal cases dealing with a multitude of criminal offenses such as: DWIs, assault, sexual assault, burglary, aggravated robbery, and injury to a child. Ryan has successfully defended juveniles in adjudication, delinquency and certification hearings, and jury trials. Ryan has also represented clients in motion to revoke probation ("MTRPs") and parole revocation proceedings. In addition to his criminal defense practice, Ryan has represented clients in divorces, child custody and child support matters, modification proceedings, and termination of parental rights cases in the Jefferson County Family courts.
