Additional Information: Mr. Span has had substantial experience in many areas of litigation, including antitrust, contract, employment, regulated industries, securities, intellectual property and unfair competition. Mr. Span has served as President of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, President of the Santa Monica Bar Association, a Trustee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, a member of the County Bar’s Blue Ribbon Commission on the Superior Court, President of the County Bar’s Dispute Resolution Services, Inc., and a member of the Executive Committee of the California State Bar Association’s Antitrust and Unfair Competition Section. He is currently Board Vice Chair of the Los Angeles Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Chair-Elect of the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association's Forum on Air and Space Law.
