Moura A. J. Robertson has been an attorney and counselor at law since 1992. She is a Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has been selected as one of the top 25 women lawyers in Oklahoma.
Ms. Robertson attended the State University of New York, College at New Paltz, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in Women's Studies. She earned her Juris Doctor degree and a Certificate in Native American Law from the University of Tulsa College of Law. During law school, Ms. Robertson was an editorial staff member of the Energy Law Journal, member of the Board of Advocates and Phi Delta Phi Law Fraternity. She is a frequent speaker on divorce and family law topics at continuing legal education seminars and other forums.
Ms. Robertson is admitted to practice law before all courts of the State of Oklahoma, Tribal courts of the Cherokee, Osage and Muscogee (Creek) Nations and all Federal District Courts of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and Tulsa County Bar Association, and is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals and Oklahoma Academy of Arbitrators and Mediators. She has served on the Tulsa County Bar Association Professional Responsibility Committee, Long-Range Planning Committee and Tulsa Lawyers for Children, Inc.
Ms. Robertson has served on the boards of directors of Crossroads, Inc., New Beginnings Foundation, Inc., the Tulsa-area Progressive Alternative Community Treatment (PACT) Advisory Committee, the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Advisory Council, the Public Policy Committee of the Mental Health Association in Tulsa and the Advisory Board of the Tulsa Area Alliance for Disabilities. She is a member of Tulsa Business and Professional Women, Marquette Catholic School Home and School Association, the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Tulsa Alliance on Mental Illness.
