Mr. Cunniff joined Howrey in 1990. He has represented clients in litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before federal regulatory agencies nationwide, both on the trial and appellate level. He has also been involved in arbitration. His practice involves complex litigation involving breach of contract, antitrust, business torts, fraud, intellectual property, and other commercial issues.
