Mr. Ninosky's practice concentration is in insurance defense, professional malpractice, civil rights, and transportation law in all Pennsylvania state, federal and appellate courts and West Virginia State Courts and Southern District.

Mr. Ninosky was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania and graduated summa cum laude from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. While attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Ninosky earned three varsity letters in baseball, and was named a three time PSAC Scholar Athlete.

Mr. Ninosky is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Defense Research Institute, and the St. Thomas More Society. Mr. Ninosky was an Adjunct Professor of Advocacy at The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Ninosky serves on the firm's Management Committee which is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business and administrative functions of the Firm.

Mr. Ninosky was honored as a Rising Star in 2010 and 2011 editions of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and has been named a Super Lawyer for 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. Pennsylvania Super Lawyers is a listing of outstanding attorneys who, through peer review and independent research, have been identified as having attained a high level of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Mr. Ninosky is a parishioner of the St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Parish. Mr. Ninosky is the Mayor of Paxtang Borough. He is also the Vice President of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Mr. Ninosky resides in Paxtang, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Tammy, and their children Kristen and Johnny.
