My licensure is under the Oklahoma Bar Association. I am admitted before all Federal Courts in Oklahoma and have been practicing law since 2006. I formerly held positions at two prestigious law firms in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While with Richards & Connor, I was a Member of the Litigation Department specializing in medical malpractice defense. During this period, I was responsible for case development at the fact discovery, expert discovery and trial stages. I drafted discovery, pleadings and motions; deposed fact witnesses; researched, selected and prepared expert witnesses for the defense; researched and prepared senior counsel for Plaintiff’s expert witnesses. I also interviewed and worked on complex medical facts with physicians and medical care providers. I reported directly to clients at all stages of development; analyzed cases ripe for settlement; argued motions and appeared at hearings. In addition, I worked on cases involving contracts and family law. While with Eldridge Cooper Steichen & Leach, I was an Associate Attorney, and a Member of the Litigation Department specializing in automotive products liability defense. I was responsible for case development and early case management strategy.
