Additional Information: Since joining the firm, Ms. Maher has participated in cases involving complex securities transactions, intellectual property, antitrust claims, class actions, and environmental issues. Ms. Maher has participated in high profile antitrust litigation involving various sports groups, an agricultural product company, tobacco companies, and satellite television entities. Ms. Maher has significant experience in representing sports-related companies, including NASCAR, International Speedway Corporation, Yankees Entertainment & Sports Network, and Motor Racing Network. In addition, Ms. Maher has represented the largest entertainment company in Latin America in a tortious interference lawsuit against a Spanish language television company. Ms. Maher assisted in the representation of an insurance-based financial services provider in matters involving complex derivatives, securities, and insurance products. Ms. Maher also assisted in the representation of media mogul Leo Kirch in litigation against Liberty Cable and Deutsche Bank.

In 2001, Ms. Maher was involved in the successful first-impression trial brought by a national environmental group under RCRA.

Ms. Maher is a member of the firm's Training Committee, and presented a firm-wide seminar on "Effective Case Management."
