Additional Information: <P> <img src=http://www.mcmilitarylaw.com/dan.php"> <P> Former United States Marine Mr. Conway has successfully defended service members across the globe to include multiple cases in Iraq and also in Afghanistan. Mr. Conway is lead counsel in a STRYKER 5, premeditated murder case, one of the most significant cases to come out of the war in Afghanistan. Mr. Conway was a key member of the firm's defense team in the Marine Corps Haditha case out of Iraq and the Marine Corps MARSOC case out of Afghanistan. He has represented members in all services in matters involving Courts-Martial, Correction of Military Records, Article 15s, Reprimands, Appeals, Separation Boards, Security Clearance Denials, Discharge Upgrades and Evalution Appeals. He is President of the New Hampshire Bar Association Military Law Section.
