Daniel Raymond Dutko

Additional Information: Daniel R. Dutko received his B.A. in History from Texas A&M in 2002. In 2005, he earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. While at South Texas , Mr. Dutko was the winner of the National Civil Trial Competition, National Semi-Finalist at the American Trial Lawyers Association National Mock Trial Competition and National Semi-Finalist at the Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition. Mr. Dutko was named South Texas ' Most Outstanding Student Advocate for 2005 and named to the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society for courtroom advocates. Mr. Dutko is currently an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law teaching trial techniques to law students. Mr. Dutko coached the national champions of the 2006 American Trial Lawyers Association National Mock Trial Competition. Mr. Dutko practices primarily in the areas of personal injury and insurance defense.
