Chris Kleppin is the Chief Trial Counsel for Glasser, Boreth & Kleppin, P. A. Mr. Kleppin is the chair of the firm's Wage and Hour (Overtime) Defense, Title III of the Americans with Disbilities Act Defense, and Appellate practice groups, and co-chair of the Civil Rights and Employment Discrimination practice groups. He has litigated hundreds of cases in employment law in the state and federal courts, and has successfully tried many cases to verdict. He has over 250 published Westlaw decisions, approximately 50 pertaining to successful dispositive motions for various clients. Mr. Kleppin is a member of the Florida, Washington, D.C. and Massachusetts Bars. He is admitted to practice before the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, the Northern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Kleppin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the W. H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree, Magna cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University School of Law, where he graduated at the top of his class. At Nova Southeastern University School of Law, Mr. Kleppin was Editor in Chief of the Nova Law Review. Additionally, Mr. Kleppin authored a law review article, Yossarian is Back, the Ultimate Catch-22: What to do when the Statute of Limitations has run on Lesser Included Offenses, 8 St. Thomas L. Rev. 229 (1995). Mr. Kleppin was born in Chicago, Illinois, where most of his family still resides. He is married to Christina, who is a wealth management advisor with Merrill Lynch, and they have a son named Max.
