Byron K. Lindberg joined the firm's Nashville office in December of 2006. He specializes in defending transportation, workers' compensation, professional negligence and general liability matters throughout the state of Tennessee. Before joining the firm, Mr. Lindberg practiced with Feeney & Murray, in Nashville, successfully defending clients in workers' compensation matters in hearings, mediations, trials and on appeal. Mr. Lindberg zealously represents the interests of his clients in obtaining favorable resolutions through mediation and at the trial level. Mr. Lindberg has extensive trial experience, both bench and jury and has argued several appeals. Mr. Lindberg served two terms as Law Clerk to the Honorable Chancellor Ellen Hobbs Lyle in the Chancery Court for Davidson County, Tennessee. Chancellor Lyle imparted a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and, above all else, integrity to Mr. Lindberg's practice of this honorable profession. Since leaving his clerkship, Mr. Lindberg has drawn on that experience to pursue excellence and integrity in representing his clients. When not practicing law, Mr. Lindberg enjoys golf, basketball, softball, woodworking, writing music and spending time with his wife and two children. |
