Allison handles criminal matters at the state and federal level. In state court, she appears in both the G.A. (low court) and the J.D. (high court), handling serious felonies as well as misdemeanors. Prior to joining the firm, Allison worked as a staff attorney at New Haven Legal Assistance Association where she represented low-income individuals in housing and criminal matters. Allison has also served as a judicial law clerk for the Tennessee Court of Appeals and worked in private practice litigating a wide range of cases in state and federal court, including business litigation, unfair trade practice litigation, employment, personal injury, and civil rights.
