Patrick Glover grad­u­ated from the Uni­ver­sity of South Dakota School of Busi­ness in May, 2001 with a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence degree, major­ing in Eco­nom­ics. That fall he returned to USD to attend law school, obtain­ing his J.D. in May, 2004. Upon grad­u­a­tion, he started prac­tic­ing with Meier­henry Sar­gent LLP. Today, his prac­tice is geared towards col­lec­tions, fore­clo­sures, busi­ness law, estate plan­ning and real estate law. He has founded his own col­lec­tion agency, Tri­ton Recov­er­ies, Inc., to fur­ther assist his col­lec­tion clients which include indi­vid­u­als, pro­fes­sion­als and assorted busi­ness enti­ties. He has argued in front of the South Dakota Supreme Court and the Eighth Cir­cuit Court of Appeals. In 2010 Patrick rep­re­sented a large num­ber of area corn pro­duc­ers and ele­va­tors involved in the Vera­Sun bankruptcy.
