Most lawyers accept insurance companies’ last offer and convince their clients it is the best settlement for them. Richard refuses to do that. Instead, he views his clients as his employer. With his extensive experience in personal injury law, Richard is frequently invited to lecture and write about topics such as insurance coverage, no-fault law, settlement evaluations and trial tactics.
Richard has handled numerous cases in excess of $1 million. He is a Nationally Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist and was nominated for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America" (2005-2006).
