Expertise: Mr. Caldwell's engineering career over the past thirty-three years has resulted in accumulated experience in several primary areas. The bulk of his time is spent performing motor vehicle accident reconstruction. He has experience in the analysis of vehicle defects, failure analysis, crashworthiness, occupant kinematics, design and testing. This includes evaluation of all types of vehicular accidents, railroad accidents and highway safety design. The other areas of Mr. Caldwell's practice include ski binding and ski accident analysis, buildings and building codes, and product, structural and mechanical failure analysis. Mr. Caldwell is a registered professional engineer in Colorado and Wyoming. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer in the areas of his expertise. His clientele includes law firms, insurance companies and industry nationwide.
