Description: Starla Creekmore sued Judy Snelling on an auto negligence theory claiming:

I.

That Plaintiff, STARLA CREEKMORE, is a citizen and resident of Payne County, State of Oklahoma. That Defendant, JUDY SNELLING, is a citizen of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. That the transaction complained of herein occurred in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Thus, this Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and parties hereto.

II.

That on or about the 24th day of November, 2010, Defendant, JUDY SNELLING, negligently operated a motor vehicle, causing Plaintiff, STARLA CREEKMORE, to sustain bodily injury, pain and suffering, and medical bills.

III.

That Plaintiff has been damaged by the negligence of Defendant in an amount in excess of $75,000.00.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays this Court for judgment against Defendant in an amount in excess of $75,000.00, and all other further relief this Court deems just and proper.

Defendant did not appear or answer.

Outcome: Settled and dismissed with prejudice.
