Description: Medical malpractice - Plaintiff went to the Medical College of Pennsylvania for an outpatient vasectomy, performed by Dr. Lester Karafin. Plaintiff alleged that a blood clot developed after the surgery in his scrotum and that Dr. Karafin failed to answer his telephone calls and he was not seen for three days after the problem developed by another urologist.
