Description: Personal injuries. The infant plaintiffs were passengers in a car driven by their mother, Kathleen Ruscito, a defendant in this action. Ruscito stopped at a stop sign, looked both ways, and proceeded into the intersection when her car collided with a vechile operated by defendant Raymond Early.

Outcome: The jury returned a verdict in favor of both defendants and, upon a motion by the plaintiffs, the trial court set aside the verdict as contrary to the weight of the evidence and directed a new trial.
