Description: COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, Anne Johnson, by and through Mark I . Miller of Smolen, Smolen & Roytman, PLLC and for her cause of action against Defendant, Peggy Clark, states as follows:
1. That on or about September 18, 2011, in Oklahoma County, Defendant negligently operated a motor vehicle in such a manner that she col[ided with a vehicle in which Plaintiff was situated.
2. That as a direct result to Defendant’s negligence, Plaintiff has sufi ered person injury, including medical expenses, mental and physical pain and suffering and other actual damages.
3. That Defendant’s actions were in disregard for the rights of others, specifically, the Plaintiff’s.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, and based on reasonable belief, Plaintiff
demands judgment against Defendant for damages in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), plus court costs, pre-judgment interest and post-judgment interest, and any further relief the court deems just and equitable.
Outcome: Settled and dismissed with prejudice.
