1. On or about January 30, 2013, the Plaintiffs were involved in a collision with an automobile driven by Defendant Matilda Teresa Savage. The collision occurred near the Highway 169 and 1-44 Exit, Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
2. The collision described above was a direct result of the negligence of Defendant in that she failed to exercise reasonable care in operating the vehicle she was driving.
3. That as a result of the Defendant’s negligence, Plaintiff Jason Hunt hasn
incurred property damage, medical expenses, loss of earnings, physical pain &:L
suffering, and mental pain and suffering.

4. That as a result of the Defendant’s negligence, Plaintiff Natalie Hunt lis
incurred property damage, medical expenses, loss of earnings, physical pain and
suffering, and mental pain and suffering.
5. That as a result of the above-referenced acts, the Plaintiffs have been damaged in an amount in excess of $75,000.00.
Outcome: Settled for an undisclosed sum and dismissed with prejudice.
