5. That Mrs. Huerta failed to maintain a safe distance between the car she was driving and the car in front of her.
6. That Mr. Joe Huerta negligently entrusted their vehicle to be driven in Norman, Oklahoma, by Mrs. Salida Huerta in spite of much increased traffic load and roadway construction.
