Description: Veronica Guerrero, individually and as Mother and Next Friend of A. Flores, a minor, sued April and Robert Powell claiming:

1. Veronica Guerrero is the Mother and next friend of K Flores, and is bringing this cause of action both individually and on A. F’lores’ behalf. The Plaintiffs are residents of Oklahoma County.

2. On or about January 12, 2013, A. Flore.s was involved in an incident which resulted in bodily injury caused as a result of the negligence of Apt-H Powell,

3. As a direct result of the negligence of April Powell, the minor Plaintiff suffered mental and physical injuries, past and £awre. In addition, the Plaintiff, Veronica Gueaero, is obligated to pay medical expenses incurred to date by the minor Plaintiff and will incur additional medical expenses in the future.

WHEREFORE, Plaindffs, Veronica Cuerrero, Individually and as Mother and next friend of A. Hotes, a minor, pray for judgment against the Defendant, April and Robert Powell, in an amount in excess of Ten Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($10,000.00).

COMES NOW the Defendant and hereby answers the Petition of Plaintiff, Veronica Guerrero, Individually and as parent and Next Friend of A. Flutes, a minor, by numerical paragraph
as follows:

1. Admitted.

2. Denied.

3. Denied.

WHEREFORE, Defendant moves the court to dismiss Plaintiff’s Petition.

Outcome: Court approved settlement in the amount of $15,669.05.
