8. On or about 10/10/2011, Twyllah McCullough walked over a floor vent located at
the 911 Call Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
9. The floor vent gave way, causing Plaintiff to fall and sustain injuries,
10. Defendants failed to exercise reasonable care or adhere to the industry standard in
designing the 911 Call Center, andlor failed to exercise reasonable care or adhere to the
industry standard when installing the floor vent.
11. As a result of the foregoing, the Plaintiff has suffered actual in a sum of no less
than $75,000.00 the exact amount to be determined by a jury trial in this case.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Plaintiff request a jury trial and judgment against Defendants for all injuries sustained by them in an amount no less than $75,000.00 the exact amount to be determined by a jury pre and post judgment interest, as well as costs including attorneys fees, and any other remedy to which she is entitled either at law or in equity.
