That on January 22, 2011, an automobile accident occurred in Tulsa County when a vehicle owned by Plaintiffs insureds, Bradley and Kari Short, was rear-ended by a vehicle owned and driven by Defendant’s insured, Louis Olson, causing property damage to their vehicle.

V.

That as a direct and proximate result of Defendant’s negligence, the Plaintiffs insured sustained property damage.

VI.

That as a result of the negligent acts of Defendant, Louis Olsen, Plaintiff, United Services Automobile Association, seeks actual damages against Defendant, Louis Olsen, mc, in the amount of Fifty-Eight Thousand Twelve and 39/100 Dollars ($58,012 39).

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that judgment be entered in its favor and against the Defendant, Louis Olsen, for actual damages in an amount in the amount of Fifty-Eight Thousand Twelve and 39/100 Dollars ($58,012.39), attorneys fees and costs, together with and such other relief as the court may deem just and proper.

Defendant did not appear or answer.

Outcome: COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, United Services Automobile Association, by and through its undersigned counsel in order to dismiss the above case WITH PREJUDICE. Each Party is to pay its own attorneys fees and costs.
