Description: Oklahoma City, OK - Sontae Payne sued Melissa Shaffer, HH5 & HO Ops, L.L.C. d/b/a Henry Hudson's Publ V on auto negligence, and dram shop theories claiming:

1. That the Plaintiff, Sontae Payne, is a resident of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.
2. That the Defendant, Melissa Shaffer, is a resident of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.
3. That on or about December 8, 2011, in or around Wan Acres, Oklahoma, the Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle operated by Ms. Mercedes Moore that was traveling westbound on Northwest Expressway (5800 block) which had come to a stop for a red light at MacArthur.
4. That the Defendant, traveling westbound on N.W. Expressway failed to stop for the red-light resulting in a collision to the vehicle the Plaintiff was riding in along with causing a tthain reaction with four other vehicles in front of the Plaintiffs vehicle.
5. That at all times material hereto Plaintiff was acting as a reasonable and prudent person.
6, That Defendant was negligent in the operation of her motor vehicle which caused the collision complained of herein. Defendant failed to devote full time and attention to her driving. In addition, the Plaintiff is believed to have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision.
7. Said collision resulted in Plaintiff suffering injuries. The collision was the direct result of the negligence of the Defendant,
8. Prior to the collision complained of herein, Plaintiff was in good health with a nonnal life expectancy, but as a direct and proximate result of the negligence of Defendant, the Plaintiff has sustained damages for which she is entitled to recover.
9. That as a result of the negligence of the Defendant, the Plaintiff was injured, suffered pain of body and mind, and was prevented from transacting her business.
10. That as a result of the negligence of the Defendant, the Plaintiff incurred hospitalization and medical expenses in an amount not yet determined.
11. That as a result of the negligence of the Defendant, the Plaintiff will sustain damages for future medical care and treatment.
12, That the Plaintiff seeks punitive damages against the Plaintiff due to her reckless disregard for the rights of others.
