Description: Ruth Nelson sued Timothy Bloodworth on an auto negligence theory claiming that she was injured in a car wreck on August 5, 2008 that occurred when Bloodworth drove his car into Plaintiff's lane as she traveled on Highway 2 near Moyers, Oklahoma. Plaintiff also sued American Farmers and Ranchers Mutual Insurance Company seeking to recover compensation from her own insurance company under the Uninsured Motorist Coverage in the amount of $25,000.

Defendant admitted that here was in fact an accident and denied all of the other allegations made by Plaintiff.

Outcome: Settled and dismissed.
