Comments: David Meese submitted the following comments concerning this case: In your presentation of my case against Jack Brotton and the Carravan Ballroom, you have stated a few misrepresentations that need to be cleared up. First, you state that I, David Meese, stated " F**k you, Im not leaving" This is not true, as the transcript from the trial, nobody states that I said that, including the bouncer who confronted me. Second, the Caravan Ballroom has no less that 72 cameras in their place of business. Unfortunately, for me, all of the cameras that night that had an angle on just what went on were not working. Really?! The incident happened on a Saturday night, the following Monday morning, the hard drive in the dvr was replaced and the original was destroyed. Things that make you go humm. Third, The Caravan Ballroom has been sued before for similar incidents and lost. Also, Jack Brotton has been sued several times for his scrupulous business practices. None of the "previous bad acts" or the video evidence was allowed in the trial. If they had, I believe I would have received a substantially larger award. Thank You for correcting the facts David Meese
