Description:
Class action claim by Stephanie Bayhylle individually and on behalf of Jiffy Lube customers who were charged $1.25 each for the alleged disposal of waste oil and other fluids captured during oil changes at Jiffy Lube stores outside of Oklahoma. The "environmental surcharge" was a fraudulent way that Jiffy Lube stores increased their income for the work performed by the company on customers' cars.
