Description:
Automobile accident - rear end- Plaintiff's pickup truck was hit from rear by Defendant's semi-truck while stopped at a stop light in Poteau, Oklahoma on April 9, 1998. Plaintiff claim soft tissue injuries to his neck and low back and mild closed head injury. Plaintiff received chiropractic care for softtissue injuries and neurophsycholgical testing and counseling for Post-concussion syndrome and post-traumatic stress disorder. Plaintiff suffered from long-standing pre-existing depression. Defendants admitted liability but contested the nature and extent of injuries and damages.
Outcome: Plaintiffs verdict for $357,432.00 plus prejudgment interest totals $458,889.
