The State of Oklahoma charged Dinero M. Reddick, age 14, with child abuse murder in violation with 21 O.S. 701.7 for killing Charity Simmons, who died from the injuries she sustained while in the Defendant's care on June 26, 2015.

Charity suffered Court a liver laceration, a rupture of the adrenal gland, a fractured rib and subdural hemorrhaging.

Charity was left in the care of the Defendant by the child's mother while she slept at someone else's home.
