STEVEN LEWIS CLEMENT, on or about 9/16/20 14, in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did commit the crime of ENDANGERING hUMAN LIFE DURING ARSON, a Felony, by willfully or maliciously setting fire to a home occupied by 1 or more persons and by endangering the life of J.P., age 11, L.C., age 6, P.P., age 19, and/or all emergency service personnel, and/or by causing personal injury to J.P., L.C., and/or P.P.,
Outcome: Defendant was found guilty. He faces life in prison without parole or life with parole after serving 85 percent, or 38 years in prison.
