Description: Automobile accident with dealth and injuries. Plaintiffs, the estate of Mr. Glagola and his son, brought suit for the death of Mr. Glagola as a result of a head-on collision caused by Blan crossing the centerline of the road while driving Fitzgerald's automobile within the scope and course of his employment. Mr. Glagola son sustained serious injuries but was able to return to college. The Senior Mr. Glagola was 58-years-old and was making $75,000 at the time of his death. Plaintiffs claimed that Blan was intoxicated at the time of the accident.

Outcome: $900,000 divided between the plaintiffs.
