Description: Automobile accident with dealth and injuries. Plaintiffs, the estate of Mr. Glagola and his son, brought suit for the death of Mr. Glagola as a result of a head-on collision caused by Blan crossing the centerline of the road while driving Fitzgerald's automobile within the scope and course of his employment.
