Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal (Docket No. 24 ) is accepted by the Court. The Court further ORDERS that Plaintiffs above-referenced case against Defendants Dollar General Dolgencorp of Texas, Inc. and Vereit Operating Partnership, L.P. is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with costs taxed against the party incurring same.
