The Sears entered into a contract with Defendant, Mac Residential Services LLC, to remodel an existing upstairs bathroom and construct an add-on. Plaintiff alleged serious deficiencies and defective workmanship in the work performed by Defendant. Defendant denied Plaintiff’s claims and asserted a counterclaim alleging that Plaintiff had not paid for the work performed.
This case was initially filed in the Osage County District Court, CJ-21-00022, and was removed to federal court by the Defendant.
