Comments: Editor's Comment: I once represented a woman who was addicted to speed sold to her by a weight management doctor. This defendant was a pain management doctor. The Government was in this case able to convince a jury that Dr. Hurwitz was a drug dealer. The line between pain management and drug dealing can be hard to define. Doctors who specialize in pain management walk a fine line.
